Theme of May: Islands
This weekend our eldest daughter moved to Texel. She
is going to work in a hotel as a trainee. Texel is the
largest of the Dutch Wadden Islands.
To go to the island you need to take a boat from Den
Helder. The distance between Den Helder and Texel is
4,2 km and it takes about 20 minutes to cross the water. Of course it is not the end of the world, but for me it feels a
little bit like this.
This month you can make your own island. You don't need to draw the sea or clouds, just the island will do.
I will place all the islands in a big blue sea.
