Can't wait for Springtime to come, like me?

Let's give mother Nature a hand and make a fantastic flowerbulb explosion.

The flowerbulbs are the first flowers that will arrive after the wintertime. As a bulb they look a bit odd, but when they start growing they turn out to be beautiful flowers. The Keukenhof, the famous Dutch flowershow, opens at 21th of March. But our flower exhibition will already open the 25th of February !

YES!!! Can't wait! Send in your most beautiful flower artwork before the 21th of February. Tulips, narcissus or hyacinths are all welcome to the show. But of course you can also create a new kind of flowerbulb.

We will have three days of voting for a first price winner! On the 28th of February we will show a field full of the pricewinning flower! Will it be yours???

Theme of January: Snakes

Happy Newyear to all of you! I hope 2013 will be a healthy, happy, creative year.

In China the new year starts at the 10th of February. 

2013 will be the year of the snake. The talisman of the new year is a black watersnake.

But of course you can also make cute, scary, sexy, pink, yellow or blue snakes. As long as it's a snake. You can send in your artwork untill the 21th of January. Later I will add some extra information about the Year of the Snake, so don't forget to come and see the blog!

Theme of December: Let's decorate the Christmas tree

In December many people buy a pine tree for the celebration of Christmas. I will put one on the blog too. Let's decorate it together! You can make a classic Christmas ball, or a fancy knitted one, jingle bells, an angel, a candle, a star, a reindeer... surprise me!

Ask friends, family, neighbours to join and we will have a fully decorated tree. 
The more the merrier!

You can send in your artwork untill the 23th of December. Make your artwork on a white background, so it will be easier for me to put it in the tree. I hope you join!
